The pic of the room we saw booking and the room we actually got are totally different. We were told by the owner that on arrival whichever room is available that will be alloted. The water supply from tap was stinking and pale reddish in colour.

The main problem is smoking smell which comes in the whole apartment as some persons are smoking inside the drawing room.
Inside smoking in a guest house is restricted and penalised by govt of india and this practice should be stopped so that persons who dont smoke can at least breathe.
Otherwise apartment is good and the food served is very good.Pankaj cooks fresh and hot food everytime you want.
