Cockroaches in room, in restaurant/dining area near plates, bowls, fruit juice etc. Shower knob cannot be pulled out for getting water in the tap. Bathing was possible thru shower only. Wi-fi is good near the gate of the room. But, extremely poor inside the room, at the bed. Connectivity was not continuous. It comes and goes continuously, especially in the night.

Ok rooms. TV was not working in room. Not adequate lights in the room. Only advantage is the prime location of this hotel

I am very disappointed with restaurant guys he was arguing with me on call not providing resturant service and told me that speak with management team i am not responsible for breakfast and cut my call.

A nice hotel with a great location with net cleanup, It is situated in the center of the city and the railway station is very near. even Meteo station is just behind the hotel.

the experience was horrible..charged almost 5000 rs per day but facilities were extremely poor.. behaviour of front desk staff was arrogant.. no bathtub in bathroom although they charged for it.. given different room than the one we booked
