rooms are similar as in the pictures. hotel staff are so polite and friendly.. for a peaceful stay this one was a good choice I made, 10/10 recommend

1. I booked an AC room but there was no AC in it.
2. The photo in which tree is there, water was falling in room due to that, and due to it was very slippery waking in room.
3. Hot water is not available and washroom condition is bad as it won't be cleaned and has to bath with cold water.
4. The only thing good is owner speaks to all guests and helps in what to see around and gives great suggestions where to eat.
5. Switches were not good too unable to control fan speed, wires were all out from many points in room.

Best in budget..can access beach in few minutes. .stay was amazing, better to book AC rooms in summer.

This cottage stay was a 10 star rating experience. Campus is very beautiful, cosy, clean & maintained. Room, bed, linen & washroom were clean and comfortable.
Beautifully architectured, Covered by several coconut trees. Just 50 secs walk to beach. Market and restaurant starts just at the main gate of campus (but there was no Noise inside campus).
We enjoyed a lot, had adorable pics inside the campus. We felt like this place has more positives than a isolated sea view shack. We got more than ...more
