Poor check-in, had to wait an hour and half for room even when I was ready to pay early check-in charges. Then the room wasn't really ready, had to ask for towels, soap, etc. Plus I didn't find it very clean, table still had sugar and milk powder spilled by earlier guest, bedsheets were stained, toilets were poorly designed, no floor mats outside shower or in front of comode. Overall, not even worth half of what they charge.

Rather they have mentioned the services but once you stay their the staff is not helpful after the escalations as well. The breakfast wont serviced and for laundry services guests needs to come down and make them do, else nobody do it. Overall not a good experience after the escalation to the senior management no action was taken. They don't bother to even reply the mail.

The hotel location is too much conjusted. The ambience is not good. The breakfast provided was not good I am rating hotel considering the amount I paid for the hotel. only thing good was the staff. They where very polite and helpfull
