the staff behaviour was great and excellent. every time we called them they attended immediately. served hot water 24/7. i would recommend this club for my friends

It was very peaceful stay.rooms were clean. But no hot water although we run the tap for 10 mins. No room service.

Rooms are vintage.luxurious but very affordable (even less than a dormitory). No provisions for extra bed.as in many hotels in ooty no exhaust for toilet. Our one room was next level and one was small

location is good and most importantly you can have excess to hot water all the time
