Good property but not well maintained. Intercom, TV not working, swiming pool not functional. Food quality bad. Staff not supportive.

Hospitable and friendly staff, Decent food but they could add more things to keep visitors engaged in the resort. Not much to do except the swimming pool if you want to spend time in the resort.

At the time I reach hotel. The hotel was full even after my booking was confirmed.I was accommodated to some other hotel which was a disaster for us.The rooms were pathetic there and the hospitality was at its worst. (Worst breakfast ever)

Beautiful hotel and amazing stay. we really enjoyed the private bonfire outside our hotel rooms. Indian food was delicious. need to improve their Chinese cuisine. Specially want to thank both Rohit and Rahul for extending their hospitality to us :)

hotel stay is good with fast service but fod needs to improve and food price to be reduce like Tea for 40rupees does not have any sense...

Staff is supportive.
Hotel is at good location on road.
Food is expensive.
Worst part is this reception guy is not stay on desk , if you need any item so 10 times you will call then he will pick 1 call.

Poor experience....unprofessional staff...zero services..small room ... there was no amenities in room after calling 3 times finally we got 2 sunsilk sampoo and 2 medimix small size soap and no toilet paper...even after complaining multiple times for toilet paper they didnt provide. Also i found room and electrical kettle was not clean😡😡
