While the hotel looks appealing in pictures, our experience was far from pleasant. The room and bathroom were not clean, and overall maintenance was poor. Service was slow, and both the internet and TV were not working. When we asked the staff, they simply said they do not provide these amenities, which was frustrating—especially since there was a non-functional small TV in the room. it did not feel worth the price. The only positives were its proximity to the main road and a short 2-minute walk to the Ramnagar Jim Corbett main gate.

AC stopped during night.
so much sound from neighbouring room .
Hardely get to sleep.
Room is full of bad smell .
Tap water provided for drinking .
geezer not working.
