I am a doctor by profession. I had a stay on 29 march 2025. I checked in near 3.30 pm. I requested to open the swimming pool although the pool was half feel and so dirty I called hotel manager SHIVENDRA Chauhan..this man was soooo rude he says he will n't send any man to pool area and saying get lost here then I say pls return my money I will go then he said ni dunga jo karna ho kar le...
other staff was good, I think a manager like shivendra Chauhan will spoil this hotel so soon.
I will never recemend to go this hotel at any cost.

pros: lighting on the property was very good. rooms were nice. cons: restaurant staff was not nice and was very reluctant to help out. also there was no briefing/summary done on the offerings of the property.

loved this place.. has a calm, relaxed vibe. has a heated pool. currently, the restaurant called chasedi is better than the in house restaurant.
they also have pool, 2 carom boards, one Table tennis table. no network, but wifi is fast.

It was a great stay with the cozy acorn resort including the staff behaviour cleanliness hassle free check in the location of the property is great including kids section pool and the view from rooms .
