Its a wonderful experience i loved the food of this place, staffs were really polite and helpful must visit place
The property infrastructure was amazing. it was based on a French theme. The interior of the room was also amazing as well as the service

wonderful property with great interior, big spacious rooms, Good breakfast, right next to the market, within 1 km to Beach and white town. we had a great stay, special thanks to Taufiq who helped us with all the places to visit, assisted us with all small or big queries like getting Scooty, auto to volvo bus stop, Kid friendly. Highly recommended

My experience is service can be better. rooms were not cleaned, rooms were dusty during checkin. all time broadband issue and No power back up for AC which is even more difficult to stay during power outage in hotel room specially for humid environment.
I had opted for duplex twin room occupancy and not spacious though.
kitchen staff needs training to manage guest hospitality. Breakfast options were there but not up to mark and replenishment was poor.

room was not neat. car parking is not proper, small space for parking. toilet is not clean. bedsheets are not properly cleaned. swing bed lock is damaged

overall ambience is very nice but hospitality of Canteen Staff is very very poor and recommend Hotel owner to take care of this issue. I have reported it already in reception and not sure whether it was informed to Management or not.

the speciality about this place is the swing bed, the colours and the design. complementary south indian breakfast is good. accessible location in the centre of pondicherry near to white town and beaches.
