we took a gostay hotel because we were particular about cleanliness. would agree that the place was decent n clean to a great extent. staff were helpful n cordial, but service was a bit slow. but cleanliness could still improve.

The standard of rooms have degraded like anything. Room and washroom look so unhygienic. The bedsheet and pillow covers too were dirty. After asking for the change, the bed cover was changed but not the Pillow covers stating they didnot have extra covers. Precovid era they had very good hospitality and services which they are unable to continue. Sorry guys, the stay was too disappointing.

the experience was good . coordial staff , neat and clean ambience. no covers on the blanket is the only cons which i suggested to incorporate with the manager .

i booked super delux room, but it was very small, furniture was broken, wall paint was very old. hotel doesn't have restaurant, and provide limited food in room only. i booked room for 2 adults and 2 kids but provided food for 2 only and limited mineral water. overall experience was average. i will not be booking this in future

Not a good place to stay. Daily tariffs should not have exceeded 800 rs. Deserves 1 star.
