very bad service no courtesy towards customers very bad behaviour no hospitality observed atall....very bad reception
we had traveled all the way for 600 kms to this hotel and left with no option and spend our 6 hrs of the time in lobby just waiting....
very bad and suggest none to be affected this way better avoid this hotel

. Their restroom shower tower was too difficult to operate and also rusted.

The hotel is completely in a mess. In our stay of 3 days, they didn't clean the room even one day. No water bottles are kept and had to call multiple times for a bottle of water. Bathrooms and shower is in ruins and really it looks like the bathroom and bathroom fixtures are from kings era. Bathrooms are highly unclean. Rooms are untidy. Food is pathetic. Ask for fried rice they got chicken biryani which had extream salt. Food in ala-carte is highly expensive and not in good taste at all. Overall it's a very bad hotel to stay with a family. Hotel is in ruins.

Hotel was good but the food price in restaurent was too high as 5 star price I wil attach the bill for your reference..bisleri water 28 eachsmall Pepsi 48 each butter roti 50 rs each
