They neither provide wifi password , service was late , took longer time in checkin , and also the bedsheet was not clean even the pillow were very dirty even after spending for more than 2200 you won't get basic things properly

the hotel is new, the location is fine, not the center of the city, so if you have your own vehicle, then it's good.
Service was poor at reception , though Bablu from F & B was good.
they need to learn a lot to improve their services if they want to compete with Clarks and other brands of the city.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout our stay. The stay was pretty good, location is perfect at outskirts of the city, fort is clearly visible from the rooftop. The food was amazing. A special mention to the hotels serving and the tea they offer. It was a good experience.
