I booked a deluxe room with AC, Fridge etc other amenities as mentioned during booking. However, I found the managing body quite weird. They kept the AC remote beyond my access. Also kept the fridge powered off. When I asked, they just declined to provide us the AC facility.Also we had dinner however they did not provide the bill ( just mentioned the total I hv to pay them) then and there. At enquiry the person responsible replied that the bill will be available

Billing process is poor, extra Rs has been taken and not shown in bill.
Bill Total (Summation )also wrong.
