Not that I anticipated, rooms are congested not worthy spending 3 nights with 50K. The buffet items are not fresh, the fruit used is frozen

It was indeed an amazing and satisfying stay. Disappointed to see no jet for the washroom. I completely understand that it could for 5 star American norms where they don't like, however most of the crowd is Indian. since they might feel a Lil unhygienic. A small request is to provide chairs, or stools to the reception staffs. The whole day they would be standing and assisting. The food is just okish. bland in taste. buffet had options but it's all tasteless. I am happy wid the staffs though mayb ...more

Hotel is located at a very good location and it has one of the best views if you are lucky to get room on the higher floors. Service was not upto at the level you would expect for a 5 star hotel, extremely slow and sometimes unresponsive. Breakfast spread was great ranging across multiple cuisines, but the service in the restaurant was horrible. Breakfast seating is partially outdoor with sunlight on most of the tables and no sunshades causing inconvenience.

The staff are unhelpful and doesn't know how to behave with guests. 3 employees - Kevin(security guard), Bonica (duty manager), Harshad(Manager) entered my room at 11.PM in the night saying they had to check some security settings. After they left I found in the morning that my gold ring that was placed on the washroom counter went missing. They didnot respond to my compliant.
