Reception staff are very unprofessional behaviour
at the time of check in they told me your booking for a deluxe room and property deluxe rooms are sold out we need to upgrade super deluxe rooms with extra money
I reached the hotel at 2:30 PM, but I had to wait 1:30 hrs, they provided me the rooms at 4 PM
at 7 PM the reception staff called and told me to kindly check out.
In the room there is no complimentary water, no blankets, room not cleaned properly
I recommend not to waste your money.

The most horrible experience I had ever in my life. Very dirty rooms and linen. They do not provide room on time. And the worst part is that they are reluctant to it. On the day of check out they start calling and banging on the door several times very early in the morning in the name of "intimation". There is a guy who sits on the front desk is worst among all of them. His behaviour is very bad. Specially towards women. If a guest complains about a service he threatens to throw them out. i have taken super delux room
no doubt ambience of reception was good but lift were working i was already having booking i have to wait 20 mins approx because room was not ready
walls got dammed looks like its haunted , washroom was horrible shower was dirty, commed looks like never begin cleaned , bucket looks like when the building was constructed that time it was used n till now its not changed or cleans , bucket was too dirty for outside inside same was the situation of mugs and taps , eve ...more

The room have clenning issues due to lack of staff.
And no food arrangement at all not even tea.
Breakfast they arrange from road side stalls makes no sense to have those.
