Not all the amenities listed on the website were available in hotel- there was no balcony in the room, TV was non functional , no iron or newspaper in room etc. To my surprise I found an extra amenity which was not listed on the website. On top of that, the reception staff was quite hostile and unprofessional. My stay was excellent, it was a home away from home. Staffs were very cordial. Food was excellent. I strongly recommend people to stay at Eliot hotel and banquet.It was my pleasure to stay.

This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I booked this place hoping for a comfortable stay, but what I got was far from it.
Unclean Room: The room was filthy. Stains were everywhere — on the bedsheets, even the walls. It was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time.
Non-functional TV: The TV didn’t work at all. Called the reception twice, no one came to fix it.
