I have booked this hotel at the same price point as displayed, this comes with the air conditioning which is already included. But when I checked in the receptionist offered a non AC room (no.305) for 2 days. The owner definitely has to look into it and check why this has happened.Moreover this was a great start up initiative by the owner of the property. One of the best hotels in Kolkata. Budget friendly and eco friendly stay. Staff is very helpful and Manager is very co-operative. I felt like staying at home itself. The area where this is situated is very peaceful and clean. I just loved the lounge area on terrace where you ll sit around the fountain and relax. Rooms are very much clean as per expectations and Showers with warm water are my favouries. Miss all the good time spended here. Will be recommending this hotel to all the solo travellers and my colleagues.

overall stay was good. place was nice. there was contrains on food item. it was very limited one. taste was average just like home made🤪 if you like home made then it's good. service was also good
