receptionist was illiterate. he doesn't know how to handle client and how to talk to client . he charged us extra and I will recommend people not to stay there if you care about your self respect and dignity

staff is very good behaviour, but room interior is cheap looking as not proper grouping and aesthetic as well, also room service is very bed and slow, my experience with my spending it's not setisfy

There was blower noise throughout our stay in Hotel! They didn't changes room after reporting same! They ruined our new year!

nice hospitality and the people working in hotel
rooms are clean. only present issue is due to road repairing work, parking is the key issue. however hotel provided the parking in the nearby place

Rooms have fridge but not working. Electric kettle not provided. Lift is outdated. Remained out of order for 10 hrs. Approach road is dug out. Had difficulty in reaching hotel. Rates are high compared to facilities

the staff is very cooperative
the orders are timely completed
the food is freshly prepared
the liquor is of best quality
near to beach and other places
beach is Just 3/4 away
