The condition of the rooms is absolutely disgraceful—filthy beyond belief. Hair, dust, and grime are everywhere. The linens, which are supposed to be white, are so dirty they blend in with the rest of the mess. As for the bathroom, the flush didn’t work, and unbelievably, there was no lock on the door.
The staff were outright rude, with one girl at the reception acting like she was running a dictatorship, not a hotel. Her arrogance and unprofessionalism were off the charts.
