I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly, and the room I got was excellent—it had a window with a fantastic night view. Overall, a truly great stay.

got cheated with the hotel. they shifted in another location (From Vaishali to Indirapuram). need refund of entire booking otherwise I will escalate this matter to different social media forum

receeption staff are rude . 10 times you calm they will send things after tge 11th call .
for kettle they do not provide with tea bags n milk powder .
After calling them for the essentials for they what they will send is 2 tea bags n a rs 10 pouch of powder milk for a day
n next day milk pouches get finished. horrible
