Ugh, the worst experience with the hotel staff, especially that guy Muhammad at the front desk. He was so rude and arrogant! When we said the AC wasn't working, he told us to open the balcony door at 9:30 PM and use the fan, even though bugs were coming in. He also said we could only change rooms once, even if we had any more problems, too bad. It was like we were staying there for free! And my room was a premium room! Even the reach wasn't working, and the tap in the bathroom was messed up. The technician came to fix it, and we had to wait in the room until he was done.

The location was superb.. Check-in process was smooth.. They have a good welcome drink on arrival.. The rooms are quite good enough.. If you are a family of 4, you can book 2 rooms and enjoy an apartment type experience. Would highly recommend others to visit.
