    For the Bhiwandi Vicinity the hotel is great, just on the High Way. Rooms are spacious Amenities are well kept Room service is bad, TV was not working. Restaurant is good, morning breakfast was Very Good. But at night the restaurant is not open until late. All in all a good hotel. Spacious room Good Air Conditioning Good Bed and Bath Linens Good Morning Breakfast

    Nice Service and ambiance of the room, even the amenities in the rooms were so nice and cozy atmosphere of the rooms. And even the Bathrooms of the rooms has well maintained with new plumbing patterns and cleanliness and well hygiened.

    property was good service was poor..there was not a single person on opposite side when i called for room service number.. restaurant number... i have to go down to reception to ask them..they said staff busy in other work

    My check in time is 2:00pm. Its 3:30pm and still waiting from 1pm for the room to get allotted. The management is unprofessional. You can see guests fighting with receptionist all the time .

    I recently booked a two-day stay at The Fern Residency, Bhiwandi, with a check-in time of 2 PM. Upon arriving promptly at 1:50 PM, I was disappointed to be kept waiting until 3 PM before a room was finally allotted. The reception staff’s unprofessional attitude only added to the frustration, as they were not only rude but also dismissive, particularly towards a guest who had booked. The experience was unpleasant enough that I decided to cancel my second night’s stay, even though it was non-refundable, due to the mental distress caused by their treatment.

    It is a beautiful property. Seems to be newly made. The room was really clean and spacious. Even though it is a litter far from the city. It is a nice escape. The only problem I faced was with check in. I reached the hotel by 3:30 PM for a 2:00 PM check in but they still did not have the room ready and made us wait an additional 40 mins. We got the room after multiple follow ups.
