The rooms are newly renovated and it is neat. However, for the price (almost 4K for one night), the rooms are very basic. The bathroom had very poor drainage system and all the water will be collected at one place after you take a bath. The commode had strain in it and you can totally see it is very old. I didn’t expected this. Overall for the price paid, it is not recommended.

The Stat was wonderful at The Fern Residency, Pune.
Everything was so smooth and the staff is very cooperative.
Food was delicious.
Rooms are also very nice.
