Room ac to small no cooling to hot they have to use the 1.5 tone or 2 tone acTerrific like 3 start property but feel like normal hotel

Hi, our room batroom water drainage was block, then we shift to other room, there sink cap broken, Food was not so tasty, option are limited, staff were polite but slow, facilities is pathetic, hotel situated out side main city n far way, hot water were limited in the morning due to all busy in the morning, overall bad experience. I will not recommend to book this better check hotel in city, also don't book it's not worth. I now regret. I will give 2star. thx

Some of the basic amenities are missing like they don't have mini refrigerators even they provided space and electric plug in furniture, They don't have hair dryer. one of the staffs told yes and another told they don't. Worst transportation service at this location. Otherwise for this rate Room is great.

They told us that restaurants was open but when we reach there they told only room services is there even next day when i ask for breakfast there hole menu was not there not happy this thing But room are good neat and clean

Would not recommend this property at all. The AC was not working in the room and it was impossible to sleep at night because of vehicles' honking sounds. Moreover, the room had mosquitoes and they provided the All Out machine after multiple follow ups.
