I am utterly furious and disappointed with the abysmal experience I had at this hotel. On the 20th of June, my wife and I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, only to find it completely closed and devoid of any signs of life. The darkness surrounding the place sent shivers down our spines. After relentlessly knocking on the door, the manager finally appeared and reluctantly switched on the lights.
