Overall it was a lovely stay!! Staffs are polite and helpful! Property is huge with lush green beauty! One thing could have been better and this feedback is for the owner, they should hire more staffs as we faced little challenge during check-in because of lack of employees. However, the available hotel staffs are absolutely amazing and this is just for the owner to work on this feedback to make this better. Would love to visit again!!

It was a great experience indeed. we have booked kings room in white bunglow. They have given us 2 bed room suits. it can accommodate 4-5 peoples easily in two rooms.
Staffs are very well behaved. Breakfast was also nice. will highly recommend.

As always it was a beautiful time there at Garden Bunglow. Beautiful staffs, very co-operative, neat and clean rooms as always. Probably the most peaceful place to spend a day or two at Shantiniketan, Bolpur.

Television not working. No response from hotelier. Got drinking water after 2 hours of requisition. Staff service is very poor.
