i had a disappointing experience at this 5-star hotel, and i would rate it only 3 stars. the booking site mentioned a mini fridge as part of the amenities, but the hotel did not provide one. basic complimentary items were also lacking—there were no shaving kits, and they provided only a small 500ml bottle of mineral water. despite booking a room for two people, they only supplied a dental kit for one. additionally, when i requested plates and glasses, they refused, stating that these are only pr ...more

rooms are good, but not clean. especially bathroom floors, full dusty. food ok service is good... but no mates outside the bathroom.... not worth, the cost. infrastructure is there but maintenance is poor that's all.
