The booking process was seem less. Although during check-in I had to wait for more than half an hour because the receptionist wanted to earn money by alloting my room to other walk in guest. But later after the intervention of owner he had corrected himself. Again in the room there was no toiletries and towel which when asked took 2 hrs to arrive. The receptionist was very rude and ill mannered.
