Worst experience in my life. It’s like a I’m staying in a dhramshala. Staff don’t know how to talk. No staff available for carry my luggage. Check after 1 hour, nobody is available for check in. No room service available. Staff was taking dinner in my room after my check in room. They was saying This is how it works here, we cook food here in this room so you have to wait. No check in counter. Washroom like a public toilet. No water drainage working no light in working. They locked cupboard and ...more

If Zero or Minus was an option while rating I would have chosen that.Pathetic hygiene of the room. Owner did not pay attention to the calls we were requesting and even after an hour we struggled to get the room cleaned and had to book another hotel.Waste money, waste of time.If you are travelling with kids' don't even think of booking even if the deal is showing cheap.Bad pillows, bedsheets, webs at wall, dirty bathroom

I came to Jaipur for the first time on the occasion of my parents' 25th wedding anniversary, and was fortunate enough to find this property in an excellent location, right on the road, near the metro, and with an amazing crowd! i had a pleasant stay at this hotel. the rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and a hassle-free experience. the amenities provided were satisfactory, and the overall ambiance was relaxing. would definitely consider staying here again.

this is very bad experience in this hotel , and the cleanliness is very bad and plz do not book this hotel ,staff behaviour was very bad , towel was not inside the room , bathroom was durty smelling and bathroom door was not able to open , water drying system was very bad , i am recommending plz do not book this hotel

it's bad, lift is not working for these apartments, lot of dust and no facilities in room.
