good things, we experienced :
1. its ambience
2. cleanliness of the room
3. staff behaviour
bad things, we experienced :
1. the door lock of room no. 110 was not working properly .
2. we were supposed to be served the welcome drink as per the itinerary, but we were not offered till our departure.
3. tv was not working as the tata sky was not recharged. after requesting 4 times, the problem was resolved.
