1.sound insulation is very poor ,whenever next room or up stairs flushing , the sound comes just like they are using my washingroom 2. charging points are very less even some of them not working , its not sufficient for the business trip 3.we are told one room only 2devices can be connected wifi, its not sufficient for the business trip. 4. toilet was very dirty before i using and i cleaned it myself 5. checking in time is very long 6. we are not getting the service which we got from the same rating star hotel

Food was good . The swimming pool was clean and hygienic . overall the staff behaviour and attitentiveness was also upto the mark . nice property to stay .

This was my 6th or 7th stay at The Grand, been coming here since 2005 and like the property for it's grandeur, strategic location and the fact that they've maintained it so well even after more than 20 years now, however, the service has gone from bad to worse over time. The in room service was pathetic and it took painstakingly long for them to come up with basic things such as ironing table, iron, extra bottles of water, comb etc despite of making multiple calls. Hotel name is really big ( the grand ) but it was really very small as in facilities , they don't have any singal latest facilities It's just west of money Same room with much better facilities are available in marketOverall hotel is just west of money

Very very poor experience Ms geetika from reception gave us the key for 348 at around 330 pm. The lift was not working.. we had a long walk to the room to find out the room was not ready. Then again after a long walk we came back to reception. We have to wait for another room for around 1 hr to get the room.. Very very poor hotel management
