I booked for a double bedroom and the single bedroom for stay, however despite Check-in time of 1200hrs, the room are not available till evening, toiletries are absent from room, extra bed is in filthy condition, the receptionist (Kumar) is running the hotel, on asking about manager, he said not available, and said owner is staying in foreign, I have to leave room in early morning for their behaviour and unsupportive staff.

Very worst experience lack of parking space , poor hygiene, house keeping very very poor and no proper response for staff , brake fast start by 8.30 limited one
