I stayed with my family for one day by booking a deluxe room but they upgraded to super deluxe room even I've not asked. Thank you very much. We loved the stay, and the room, service, and breakfast were excellent.

toilet is not clean enough, we had to ask to change the bed sheet because it had stains on it,,room walls are dirty coffee for room service comes in a ceramic kettle not flask, so not hot enough not worth the rate

good stay and clean hotel.enjoyed the stay with family. highly recommended. Polite behaviour of the staff except for the attitude of the car parking security, who sounded like a small hatch back is not to be respectful.This when we enter the hotel creates a feeling that this hotel is not valuing the customers. But the reception staff and others are pretty decent. cleanliness and comfort

actually we booked .this didn't go well with hotel authority. they were treating us badly ,even half hotel was empty we were given room in top floor. last time we stayed there it was better and gave a 5star review. but this time it was really disgusting

it was a very good stay for all type of visitors. calm area, walkable distance to temple. major attraction is a pool in the first floor, not a big pool but quite good.

It is almost new hotel about 50 m from Guruvayur Railway station and around 500 m from Guruvayur Temple. Nice Hotel well maintained provided Tea kettle, kitchenette, fridge. Neat and clean toilet with all toiletries and fresh towels. Excellent food and quick room service. Arranged cab at reasonable rates
