Recently visited the place with my friends and must say, they have the best beach huts(superb interior). The only place at Arambol beach where party goes till 5am with hands down best crowd. Staff is very co-operative. Special thanks to Karan and Shahid for making stay seamless and smooth. A must visit if you are a party lover.

I stayed in 103. Rarely you will find beach huts clean like this. AC worked well.They also have shacks. Good served is tasty and pricing is almost same as places nearby. Even shack has good sitting arrangement. You can enjoy the seabeds without them bothering you to order more.
AC doesn't work in the morning for some reasons. Also ACs of other hut have some issues and were not rectified on time. So please check rhe AC before check in.
I liked the place coz of the cleanliness, tasty food and non-disturbing people.

Maintanence is too low. Rooms aren't clean until the customer arrives. Extra cost for food and drinks.

quite good experience . the hut is near the beach . staff is good n welcoming but there is no food available. that was disappointing

very bad experience. Room was really unhygienic, flush was not working, no service even after asking a lot of time to clean room he didn't do anything, and yes there were rats in the room, washroom and on our bed- rat poop was all over the floor and even on the bed

The staff at hotel was very cooperative and location is also great at walking distance from beach but at night it is insecure location and also you will see rat and lizard's around your room as it is a beach hut. But will enjoy the time you spent from till 7PM
Good experience the staff was very friendly and enjoyed a lot.

the beach was close by but the room was not good by seeing the images in Google we booked it and when we saw the property it was merly a hut without water facility everytime we had to ask to switch on the motor and it was not good also in the night we saw frogs so we had a jungle scary experience while sleeping so please don't book non AC rooms from them.

Good to stay near to beach. Simple hut. There was problem of water supply into hut.Good vibe to sit outside in the evenings.
