property claims but their spa was not operational. we requested twice but therapist was not available. availability of vehicle at local level is difficult due to location. it can be good if travelling with personal or round the clock hired vehicle only.

The interior pf this property is like 5 star and daily view of sunrise from balcony makes it the best place to wakeup.
Staff behaviour is also quite well and they serve really tasty food.
Everything is great Except one thing and that is its location, which is around 20 minutes from main Manali town. That too at a village top of Simsa which adds 20 minutes more in time to travel every place near manali.
