Terrible stay experience. No hot water, muddy water coming from shower, the washoom was not cleaned, TV was not working, the staff was not supportive. They couldn't resolve all of this, but didn't forget to give a checkout reminder at sharp 10:45 AM.
Never visiting again ever.

on the first day, the air conditioning was not working, but after multiple requests, it was repaired. apart from that, everything was good.
