    the staff member in the evening wasn't very polite. i wanted to upgrade my stay but after having a conversation with the person i decided to check out. the person definitely didn't cross any line or wasn't too rude. but there is a way you talk to your customers, even if you're the owner of the place. i have also worked in that industry so i could see the difference. notably, this was my 2nd time there but the person's tone and non verbal cues made sure that would be my last. not a very big concern for everyone, for me, the attitude matters.

    Everything about The Hosteller is perfect. Location is nice. Staff are good and interactive. Service is immaculate. Cleanliness top notch. Just Perfect. If you're travelling solo or in a group, book The Hosteller worry free, I had a really affordable and nice trip to Jaipur because of them. Thank you.
