Booked a premium deluxe room, but the room doesn't look like what they have shown in the photograph here. It is completely different which makes it less than the average. It was like an old dharamshala room that did not look like a hotel room at all.

The place where the hotel is located is not good. Fish shop is there and the smell is very bad. Not a good place to stay.

Service is very poor. We have to say the same thing multiple times in order to complete our needs. They are still using old models. If i have given the key for cleaning then they will not change the bed or provide a bottle(complimentary) or towel at the same time. For each thing i have to tell several times. Even if the order is done online we have to go and collect. Services need to be improved to sustain longer.

hotel is old but good ..ambience is good very near to the howrah railway station hotel overall I had a very good and nice experience hotel staff are also helpfull ..good for both family and bussiness prps....food quality is also good👍
near to railway station... good food quality budget friendly 👌
