Property is 500m walk away from Mall Road, Amazing view of Nainital Lake from Lake view rooms.

The hotel staff is so inefficient that they broke my trolley and after doing that they are not taking responsibility also.we have to go to kolkata with that broken trolley.hotel is over priced and not upto the mark

Property was clean and spacious. We have got this creature in resturant area. Only problem is that it's narrow path to reach hotel. You have to climb long and risky stairs to reach mall road.
TV was not working. Electric kettle was nonfunctioning. No AC or fan in the room. They have provided pedestal fan in the room. If you are going with kids and old age people it's not advisable to book this property.
Staff is helping and polite. Breakfast was fine. Lake view was beautiful.

review- one the worst experience of life i had at the hotel imperial green by aspen, hotel staff with the customers they post photos on internet, but they don't even have a window or ventilation for air to reach inside the room, it was so suffocating that even after paying full 3 days amount i had to take different hotel because staying there was choosing health issues, no facility they have and staffs are too rude that they don't even listen your problem. before reach their i called hotel staf ...more

excellent view of nainital with big balconies and rooms were clean and spacious. all facilities were there like geyser, heater, fridge and fast room service. 3-4 min walk to mall road. perfect hotel to stay in nainital.

The hotel is at Upper Mall Road, about 1.7 km or you can take the stairs for 5 min. The hotel did have most of the amenities. Decent staff but won't accommodate any extra requests. Overall fine stay. The only weird experience was that the waiter somehow got our number and called us for a tip also the hotel does not take calls or any request after 10.

Over all stay was great , Food Quality is delicious. Staff behaviour is also good
Locationwise - it is on the top , you need to climb 50-60 stairs ( 500-600m ) to reach hotel from upper mall road.
if you will do Bike to reach hotel , then it will be good. (you can rent bike for whole day around 600-700 rs per day , 50-100 rs bike person will take to leave you at this hotel , 50 is minimum fare)
Sightseing view from this hotel is too good , you can book a private lake view room and can enjoy naini lake and mountain view from your room.
Wifi is also available. Room was also clean.
