I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—centrally situated with easy access to nearby attractions. on Library Chowk. Mountain view room. But would suggest they need to improve infrastructure a bit and need to maintain as well. The wooden frame needs to improve

The hotel restaurant faces the main chowk of mussoorie. We travelled with a toddler and hence living amidst the hustle bustle helped us. It also has stunning views of the hills. Some rooms may not seem very clean as the infrastructure is a little old now. A little maintenance is required. nulltheless, it was a wonderful stay, pleasant staff and good food.

There is a guy in reception whose behaviour is very bad. He has no way of talking how to talk properlyhe was demanding 2000rs extra for check-inI am with my wife and the time is midnight at nightand we are waiting there at 2:00 am all of that is we are not going to Mussoorie anymore because this kind of guy there very bad experience with the roomthe whole night we smell smoke in the bathroom and the room, and the exhaust fan does not work

The infrastructure needs major development. More staff are required round the clock. But the best part is their amazing staff very cooperative and polite. Always happy to serve you. The musician in the evening is so amazing with his guitar and voice. The foods are very tasty and hygienic. Overall experience is good.
