*disappointing stay - avoid this hotel* i recently stayed at this hotel, but my experience was marred by poor service and unfulfilled promises. despite clearly mentioning that breakfast was included in my booking, the staff denied serving it. to make matters worse, the front desk person, sandeep, was extremely rude and unhelpful. furthermore, the water geyser in my room was not working, which added to my frustration. considering the huge amount i paid, the service was absolutely not worth it. ...more

I really like this hotel. Hotel services are good .Staff is friendly Mr parvez maneger of the hotel personally visit room to check cleaness and make sure every thing is ok before checkin . Rooms are big and comfortable .In short this hotel worth to stay according to there charges

Firstly it is like a hotel and not a serviced apartment .Rooms are very dirty and you will find cocroaches everywhere .You will not get kitchen ,washing machine and basic facilities like bathroom sleepers.Staff is ok but this property needs repairing and deep cleaning. Property should not be advertised like an apartment as you will get only room .
