the hotel was just average. it was clean. room size was enough. apart from that everything needs to improve. the food needs to improve a lot. the in house dining service never picks up calls. had to call reception or go to the restaurant myself to get stuff. ac and fridge wasnt working. ac got repaired 2nd day after multiple complaints, but still not upto the mark.

unpleasant experience as i was charged double due to a duplicate booking despite the double booking charge the hotel charged additional for an early checkin and made me checkout before the normal checkout time. the hotel staff even said that the amount for the duplicate booking would be refunded however that did not happen. hence will never recommend this place

Excellent hotel at this price. Clean hotel, good staff and food is also ok. Location is excellent. Next time will stay here again
