it was a nice stay with all the essentials in the room even the food was good too

The hotel ambience and rooms are well maintained. 4 star to cleanliness but there is no point in these good things if the staff is not good. Hotel should hire professional staff because staff are not well trained. My room key is not working properly I complained about the same to the receptionist he said "देख लो सर चलता है कि नही".
Receptionist behaviour is not good he is not professional at all
