hotel location is far away from Lake and difficult to reach through sharp turns at hilly area.
food is good
staff is good
room is not like star property,, room is not as per picture.

My experience in this hotel was very good. I have stayed here for two nights and I have experienced the best hospitality by the property staff. Location of the property is nearby mall road and naina devi temple. overall my experience is very good.

Beautiful resort! Amazing hospitality experience. Staff is polite and helpful. Mr. Narendra who brings food to serve is an amazing person. Mr. Bhuvan and his entire reception staff are good people. Even Gardener bhaiya is a polite person. Only thing is this property is located close to high court road and nearby resorts are The Naini Retreat and Aroma, also Reddison Blue(Namah).
