Nice hotel for business travellers and they dont have in-house restaurants.. overall service is nice and cooperative staff.. location near to main city

The worsr ever experience in my 25 years of hotels stay life.
Staff is not at all educated for customer experience or for that matter not even mannered .
Better close the property and sell it off to someone who can run this better as location of property is really premium

well located, hygiene and very spacious Rooms. very courteous staff and well maintained property.
only drawback is they don't have a restaurant.

Very poor service......
phone is not working, shower is not working, ther is no soap in bathroom, room was not clean, blankets and pillows r not chenge they just clean and kept it,

Rooms are good , but room lock cards are jammed and in idle condition , everytime we open the door everytime we call the reception to open the door ..
