i stayed here for one day. its a good place to stay. Food was good. they have safe parking space outside the hotel , though its on the roadside but they have gaurd sitting right outside. Room was clean. And hotel is right in the center of the city.

Room was good, but there was no water in tap.
I came Gwalior to attend a meeting at 9.00 AM in office, woke up at 6 AM and there was no water in washroom. in last requested for a bucket filled with water, took bath after 10.30 & went for the meeting.
Experience was pathetic, hotel staff were rude, only receptionist( A Female) was polite but she also only empathised & could not help.

doesnt felt like 4 star...
the star rating is misleading. pathetic flooring... pigeons making noises whole night. will never book again
