very bad, breakfast received at 9.15am, i have to leave by 8.30am but since breakfast not received on time i was get delayed

Not good as expected the bedroom dim lights weren't working, there were no door mats or bathroom mats, poor n slow services, no toiletries product like soap and toothpaste available. Also while checking out some other guests food bill was added with us. lack of responsibility. i would never recommend anyone this hotel for stay. thank you.

Review of Myraid Hotel
WONT SUGGEST TO CORPORATE OR PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER
I recently stayed at the Myraid Hotel and was disappointed with the experience. Here are some key issues that need addressing:
1. Poor Service from Hotel Management: The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful during my stay. Requests for assistance were often ignored or met with delays.

It was a lovely stay here,the lady who sit in the reception in the afternoon had weird attitude and lack of hospitality. But rest of the staff were really helpful and kind and very professional as well especially to housekeeping and kevin who take great care during my stay. Great amenities and the food was alright .

The room had less space. The wall paint was peeling off. One of The light was not working properly it kept flickering all the time. There was dust all over lamps and ceiling of the room. Also There was mold bult up on ceiling at some points.

I stayed for 3 days in The Myriad Business Hotel in a deluxe room. My experience was very comfortable here. The room has a well space and was maintained properly. Also the washroom is so clean and hygienic and has a separate area to take a shower or bath. I like the window of my room which was covered with blinds but it gives me a very nice view.
