recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hotel. The heritage property boasts timeless elegance, with beautifully preserved architecture that perfectly captures the rich history of the area. The stay at The Naini Retreat was just amazing. Upon reaching, we were so delighted to know that our room was upgraded to a higher category at the same tarrif. The high tea and cabs were complementary. The room was very cozy and the views from the hotel were out of the world. The staff is really really polite (common characteristic of Kumaoni people 😊). The property was so well maintained and decorated during Christmas that it provided us several Instagram worthy photos. We are undoubtedly going to stay again at Naini Retreat whenever visiting Nainital (provided I'm oferred good discount 😉).

The most comfortable stay one could have in the hills, we really appreciate the hospitality offered by the naini retreat. Food was awesome, view from the property was awestruck and five stars for cleanliness and hygiene.
