Was an amazing experience.It was super comfortable staying over here.The staff was friendly and helpful. The view was just superb. The food was average but good. We had a dish called Chhurpe it was delicious. There are lots of varieties in the menu according to their food customs and we tried most of it. Stay was good. Clean rooms and nice service as well.

This was my third trip to Ladakh, and this time, we chose Nature Residency for the change. And we acclimatised so quickly that we didn't realise that we are in Leh. Later, we got to know from manager Dolker (a sweet that The Nature Residency Hotel is at lowest altitude in Leh valley. The hotel/room infrastructure is nice and the staff behaviour is also good. But they need to update the wifi connection. to connect with the wifi network, you need to sit in the reception and still the network is very poor. this is a very minimal requirement of a traveller to connect their mobile with wifi w.r.t the hotel fare. Also the response time is very poor of the receptionist or whoever picks up the call, whenever tries to give some food order or any other room service from the hotel room.
