Pros:
1. Rooms are asthetically good.
2. Views are decent only from selected rooms.
Cons:
1. Almost all the rooms are shabby and dark. No proper ventilations present.
2. Food quality is very poor
3. Services are not prompt
4. No proper parking available for four wheelers.
5. The location is very odd. It is very far from the Nainital mall road and highly inclined. Although they offer pick-up services, but it's only once a day between 8PM to 10PM. Apart from that you either have to book a cab or ...more

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Rooms were well-maintained, with modern amenities and comfortable bedding.Great value for the price—highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

FOOD TASTE WAS VERY BAD. I HAD ORDERED VEG SANDWICH WHICH TASTES VERY BAD MOREOVER IT WA TOO COSTLY FOR THAT CHEAP QUALITY. ROOM CLEANINESS IS ALSO THE AREA WHICH NEEDS MORE ATTENTION. ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL

They showed balcony and good view from the Room in pics however it's just a room. Parking is not at all safe and far away from hotel and even u might have to carry ur stuff if hotel guy got dog Not a happy start of the stay in Nainital.
